Inspired by the style of Jasper Johns, this work is part of the two series that focus on road and building signs that are part of American culture and history.

This work is our nod to the romantic notion of a road trip along the famous U.S. Route 66. This work, along with the others in the series, centers around ubiquitous yet nondescript signs that are part of the landscape and are seared into the memories of the traveler.
